ISITRAC 360 is a 100% web SaaS platform: your data is hosted on servers located in France.

A dedicated database per company

Each customer has its own database, with security backups. Access is over https.

Code under control

The software, the ISITRAC 360 Android app and the locker electronics are developed by ISITEC INTERNATIONAL, a French publisher, with no third-party dependency.

Which data, for what

Tracking and proving handover, nothing else

To hand over a parcel or equipment, ISITRAC 360 needs to know who it is for and to keep proof of the handover. That is the only purpose of the processing.

The data processed

Identity and department of the recipient (often from your directory), notification contact details, parcel or equipment information, time stamp and proof of every drop-off and collection.

No commercial use

Your data is neither sold nor exploited for commercial purposes, nor used for anything other than the service provided to your company.

Retention you set

The retention period of histories is configurable according to your internal policy and obligations.

Data that stays yours

You own your data. Histories and proofs can be exported at any time to your own tools.

Lockers and your network

We never force you to open your network

Locker Lite Bluetooth: no connection at all

The locker runs on a battery and has no connection to the company network (no internal IP address).
It communicates over Bluetooth Low Energy with the agent's smartphone, close to the locker.
The smartphone sends the data to ISITRAC 360 over 4G, outside your information system. Wi-Fi is only used if you allow it.
Openings rely on single-use codes generated by the platform.

Touchscreen ISILOCKER: the link your IT chooses

Link of your choice: Wi-Fi, Ethernet or built-in 4G router.
With the 4G router, the locker stays independent from your network.
The link is defined with your IT team during the project.
Collection by PIN, QR code or company badge, with rights per department.

ISITEC INTERNATIONAL holds the CyberVadis Silver 2026 rating, the independent assessment of suppliers' cybersecurity maturity.

Regular penetration tests

The platform undergoes regular penetration tests. Administration access goes through a dedicated jump server.

Controlled updates

Every release goes through a pre-production environment and automated tests before going live. Updates are included in the subscription.

A DPO and a security policy

ISITEC INTERNATIONAL has appointed a data protection officer and applies a documented information systems security policy.

Where is ISITRAC 360 data hosted?

On servers located in France. ISITRAC 360 is a 100% web SaaS platform with code and hosting in France, a dedicated database per company and security backups.

Does the Locker Lite connect to the company network?

No. The Locker Lite runs on a battery and communicates over Bluetooth Low Energy with the agent's smartphone, which sends the data to ISITRAC 360 over 4G: nothing needs to be opened on the customer network.

Is employee data used for commercial purposes?

No. The data is only used to track and prove the handover of parcels, mail and equipment. It is neither sold nor exploited for any other purpose.

Who owns the data?

The customer. Histories and proofs of handover can be exported at any time to their own tools, and the retention period is configurable.

How does ISITRAC 360 meet GDPR requirements?

Purpose limited to traceability and proof of handover, data hosted in France, configurable retention, access by rights and department, a data protection officer appointed at ISITEC INTERNATIONAL.

Which security assessments has the solution passed?
